Steve has over 25 years of experience in coaching and mentoring teams and individuals. His Doctorate in transformational learning design examined the power of forums to amplify learning in work-based contexts. He has designed and led innovative learning interventions in work contexts for over three decades.
His passion is to enable teams and individuals to shift to regenerate themselves and the organisations they are in.

Alexa’s unique skill base comes from over 25 years experience in governance, public relations, media and tertiary education. Her Masters in Professional Practice examined the place of sustainable business amid disruption.
She works to create the environment for pragmatic decision-making that includes broad perspective. This supports building structures that ensure organisations and communities can thrive.

Dr Dave Hursthouse
Dave is an experienced group facilitator and educator, with a strong focus on Te Tiriti-led cultural development. His Doctorate focuses on the role of non-Māori in decolonising Aotearoa and seeks to understand how becoming tangata tiriti is an essential decolonising process.
Dave has been involved in community-led development and organisational leadership across environmental, educational and health sectors for the last 15 years.
Dave is based in Whanganui alongside Te Awa Tupua.
